As a Security Officer - Retail Patrol Driver in ALVARADO, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to situations as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing Allied Universal protocols for retail and mall environments.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify any unusual circumstances.

Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas to observe and report any suspicious activity or potential issues.

Communicate and collaborate with Allied Universal team members, store staff, and local authorities as necessary.

Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
