Customer Service Representative

Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Costa Mesa, California. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with navigating our website and related tools. This is a Contract-to-Permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity for growth and long-term employment.

Responsibilities:

Respond to a high volume of inbound customer calls daily, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.

Assist customers with navigating the company website, including locating specific information and troubleshooting login issues.

Provide guidance to users experiencing challenges with new system features or updates.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions using CRM tools.

Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.

Offer exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

Utilize Office Suite tools to document and manage customer data effectively.

Stay updated on product knowledge and company processes to provide accurate information.

Handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism, ensuring a positive experience. Requirements - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Familiarity with CRM software; experience with Zendesk is a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.

Basic understanding of French (Canadian) is preferred but not required.
