As a Patrol Security Officer with Allied Universal in a manufacturing and industrial location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence throughout the property. Your responsibilities include monitoring assigned areas, interacting professionally with staff and visitors, and providing exceptional customer service and communication. This is a driving post, where you will utilize company-approved vehicles to patrol the premises. Pay Rate: $20.75 / Hour

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the location, including assisting with emergency response activities when appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and surrounding areas to help to deter unwanted activities and monitor for potential issues.

Document observations, incidents, and/or activities as required, maintaining accurate and timely reports for the site.

Communicate with personnel and visitors in a courteous and professional manner, providing assistance or information as needed.

Support Allied Universal in maintaining a strong security-related presence by upholding the standards and protocols established for the location.

Remain alert to potential hazards or unusual conditions, reporting concerns according to established procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
