As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a manufacturing and industrial location. What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
Monitor entrances, exits, and other designated areas to help to deter unauthorized access within the manufacturing and industrial location.
Report and document any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to company and client protocols.
Communicate promptly and professionally with client representatives, visitors, and Allied Universal management as needed.
Assist with access control, visitor management, and adherence to site-specific policies and procedures.
Support emergency preparedness and evacuation procedures as required by site protocols.

Availability across various days and shifts
Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments
A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
Experience working at locations with limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets or rustic guard shacks is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
