As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help maintain a secure environment for employees and visitors. By conducting regular patrols and remaining highly visible, you will help to deter potential security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of the location.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.

Observe and report any unusual activity, hazards, or security-related violations in accordance with Allied Universal protocols.

Assist with controlling access to the facility, verifying credentials of personnel, visitors, and/or contractors as required by site procedures.

Support emergency response efforts, including coordinating with local authorities and Allied Universal management as necessary.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by post orders and Allied Universal procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

Customer service experience is preferred.

Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.

Experience with alarm panels is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
