Job Title: Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to safely operate forklifts, load and unload full pallets from trucks, move products within standard racked warehouse storage areas, and accurately pull and stage customer orders for shipment. The role involves performing light lifting (up to 50 lbs) as needed and conducting daily equipment inspections while reporting any maintenance issues.

Responsibilities

Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance issues.

Essential Skills

At least 1 year of experience with forklifts (stand-up or sit-down).

Ability to lift 50lbs-70lbs.

Strong attention to detail, verified through references.

Ability to accurately fill out inventory paperwork.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with order picking in a large warehouse.

Ability to order pick off of pick sheets.

Work Environment

The work environment is very fast-paced, with a team of six individuals in the warehouse. The culture emphasizes getting things done efficiently with accuracy being the top priority. Managers are supportive yet expect high performance levels to ensure customer orders are ready on time. The dress code is casual, allowing shorts but prohibiting profanity or holes in clothing.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.50/hr.
