Description We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Towson, Maryland. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative tasks, including document management and database upkeep. This position requires proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a proactive approach to handling various responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

Manage and organize reports by uploading them into designated folders and ensuring accuracy.

Conduct audits and verify documentation to maintain compliance and accuracy.

Maintain and update databases to ensure information is current and accessible.

Track and report data using Microsoft Excel, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

Respond to inbound calls and provide effective assistance to clients or team members.

Perform general receptionist duties, such as greeting visitors and managing inquiries.

Handle data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail.

Support various administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative support or a related role.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Familiarity with data entry processes and database management.

Ability to maintain a focused and meticulous approach while interacting effectively with clients and team members.
