Our client, a dynamic organization, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the support staff, ensuring smooth operations and assisting various departments. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Madison, AL

Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Shift: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Monday - Friday

What's the Job?

Retrieve and process incoming mail and packages, ensuring timely delivery to designated locations.

Provide administrative support by fulfilling supply requests and maintaining organized copy areas.

Assist with miscellaneous administrative tasks, including vendor coordination and paperwork management.

Set up and maintain cleanliness in meeting and conference rooms, ensuring a welcoming environment.

Perform routine inventory checks and coordinate maintenance requests with approved vendors.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Basic knowledge of office equipment and administrative procedures.
