Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an Administrative Assistant III in the greater Amarillo area. This individual will be responsible for greeting visitors, supporting project teams (managers/engineers), coordinating contractor safety, and performing general administrative tasks. Additional duties include ordering supplies, maintaining pool vehicle records, stocking & maintaining the office, scanning reports & inspections and setting up meetings. You will handle onboarding, equipment ordering, expenses and travel arrangements for 20 site staff.

Skills and Requirements

8 years of administrative experience

Strong customer service & communication skills

Strong experience using SharePoint

Previous experience doing expenses, timekeeping and travel tasks Power Plant experience

Construction / Utility industry experience

SAP / Concur / WorkDay experience
