Key Responsibilities

Drive critical decisions in deployment of production processes

Understanding the Thermal profiling for Convection reflow and Selective wave

Responsible for qualification and release products into production

Support in the planning and execution of project plans and design reviews; involvement in production release of modified or new product documentation

Develop processes and procedures to achieve critical quality certifications

Support the manufacturing of complex parts and sub-assemblies by providing technical expertise and support for the factory

Review manufacturing processes to ensure they will yield parts compliant with engineering drawings and specifications.

Create and participate in PFMEA activities, Work Instruction Deployment, and Control Plan

Lead and manage a team of engineers to optimize manufacturing processes

Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives

Implement advanced manufacturing technologies and drive continuous improvement

Analyze manufacturing data and metrics to identify areas for improvement

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards

Provide guidance and mentorship to team members

YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics

Extensive experience in advanced manufacturing engineering and process optimization

5+ years Manufacturing Engineering experience

Experience with project management and Kaizen facilitation

WE VALUE

Expertise in implementing advanced manufacturing technologies and processes

Strong project management skills

Able to read technical drawings and documentation (Electronics & Mechanical)

Knowledge of using Six sigma/quality Tools and APQP (PFMEA, Control plan, SPC MSA, etc.)

Pick and place machine programming experience

Defining parameters and programming screen printers

AOI/AXI Experience

Knowledge of conformal coating process

Experience with modern circuit card production equipment

Development of Control Plan (PMAP, APQP)

Ability to generate Thermal profiles, Ionic testing and guideline, Conformal Coating process

Strong communication skills both verbal and written

Proven problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret business performance and financial data, define actions, and implement solutions

Ability to interface effectively with all levels of leadership
