Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join their team. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be part of the Production Department supporting operational excellence and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and strong communication skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Location: Manassas, VA

Pay Range: $20.00 to 21.00

What's the Job?

Operate equipment according to process specifications and safety protocols.

Maintain overall production efficiencies at assigned workstations.

Log machine data and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Support a safe work environment by following safety procedures and reporting hazards promptly.

Participate in training sessions and complete certification requirements to enhance skills and knowledge.

What's Needed?

Ability to operate and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment.

Strong organizational skills to manage workstations and ensure 6S standards.

Proficiency in using computer-based programs and applications.

Commitment to safety procedures and ergonomic work practices.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the team.
