Job Description:

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Solutions/Sales Engineer to support business development efforts by bridging product and engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to design and deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the technical liaison between business development, product, and engineering teams

Identify appropriate product groups and initiate engineering support for API testing

Assist in the transition from business development to engineering execution

Answer technical questions from external partners and stakeholders

Collaborate with engineering to define initial architecture and integration plans

Translate partner feedback into actionable items such as Jira tickets

Conduct technical discovery sessions to understand customer challenges

Design and propose customized solutions aligned with customer requirements

Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase platform capabilities

Address and resolve technical concerns raised by partners

Support implementation teams to ensure successful solution deployment

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or technical consulting

Strong understanding of API integration and developer platforms

Experience working with cross-functional teams in a technical sales or product support capacity

Excellent communication and relationship management skills

Ability to translate technical concepts into business value

Familiarity with tools such as Jira and CI/CD workflows

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience supporting developer platforms or third-party integrations

Exposure to telecommunications or networking environments

Background in product architecture or technical solution design
