Description We are looking for a motivated Sales Assistant to join our team in Long Beach, California. In this contract position, you will play a key role in supporting sales operations, fostering client relationships, and contributing to the achievement of sales goals. Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team with preparing and processing sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Respond to client inquiries and provide detailed information about products and services to meet their needs.

Support outbound and inbound sales efforts by engaging with prospective and existing customers.

Maintain and update sales records, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for the team.

Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment and client satisfaction.

Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Address and resolve customer concerns promptly to ensure a positive client experience.

Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve sales processes and efficiency.

Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights to the team. Requirements - Proven experience in a sales support or similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.

Strong skills in both inbound and outbound sales, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.

Proficiency in using sales software and tools to manage customer information and track performance.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and team members.

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Familiarity with sales strategies and techniques to support the achievement of team goals.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
