Koniag Professional Services, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company , is seeking an Executive Assistant with an active Secret clearance to support KPS and our government customer at the Pentagon, Arlington, VA.

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:

Receives telephone calls, greets and direct visitors, signs for incoming deliveries, and performs other responsibilities to maintain the routine operations of the office.

Maintains files, manuals, handbooks, and reference libraries, both paper and electronic, in support of the offices.

Maintains the calendar for the Senior Executive being supported. Includes scheduling and resolving conflicts for meetings, collecting read ahead material, and being able to brief the Senior Executive on their upcoming commitments.

Assists to liaison with entities within the department of defense and federal Government and private industry.

Makes significant recommendations for improved work methods, organizational structure, records, and files management processes, staffing patterns, procedures for administering administrative services, guidelines, and procedures.

Display the appropriate level of professional behavior when interacting with Senior Executives, Government Employees, other Contractor employees, and the General public.

Requirements:

5-7 years support for DoD Programs

Effective collaborator and self-starter with the ability to develop trusting relationships with customers, peers, and subordinates.

Ability to operate autonomously.

Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat Professional

ETMS2 experience

High School Diploma; 4-year undergraduate degree desired

Possess current DoD Secret security clearance.
