What you'll do...
Our team leads innovation in Site Reliability Engineering and DevOps, focusing on optimizing the Sam's Club eCommerce platform. We develop intelligent AI and ML-powered tools that enhance platform reliability, streamline workflows, and support millions of users. Our mission includes building advanced solutions for incident prediction, performance monitoring, and automated infrastructure management to ensure a resilient and efficient eCommerce environment. Combining technical expertise with a deep understanding of retail operations, we deliver custom DevOps and SRE tools that enable scalable growth and exceptional user experiences aligned with business goals.
What you'll do:
Lead delivery of scoped software features and models through collaborative engineering teams, ensuring alignment with platform and system objectives.
Develop, test, and maintain clean, efficient code across multiple programming languages, supporting full software development lifecycle including CI/CD and automated testing.
Design scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions, participating in design reviews and applying best practices.
Integrate AI/ML components and APIs to enhance software capabilities and innovation.
Monitor application performance and maintain system reliability through proactive DevOps practices.
Mentor peers, share knowledge, and promote continuous improvement within the engineering team.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and measurable outcomes.

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
