As a Measurement & Reporting Analyst, you will be a part of a Supply Chain Management team where in you will be accountable to manage the supply chain and provide insights to help increase efficiency and facilitate greater profits. You will manage planning, procurement, distribution, and aftermarket service supply chain operations for clients.
Responsibilities:
Work with supply chain business stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions
Assess the completeness and accuracy of new data sources and data processing techniques
Gather business requirements and determine most effective and efficient reporting platform
Design and develop metrics and reports, dashboards and analyzes to drive key business decisions in the supply chain space
Conduct large scale data analysis and modeling to derive actionable insights
Model data and build comprehensive dashboards that evaluate business effectiveness and impact. Further improve and optimize dashboard user experience
Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy
Automate manual execution processes
Job requirements:
Hybrid: 2-3 days in office, 2-3 days at home.
Basic Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in data reporting and analytics
Minimum 2 years of experience using Advanced SQL and Advanced Excel/Spreadsheets
Minimum 1 year of experience using Data visualization tools such as PLX, Data Studio, or Tableau
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's or higher degree in a quantitative or analytical field
Industry experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing
Proficiency in Python, R, SPSS, Minitab
Understanding of end to end supply chain management and Product Lifecycle Management
Ability to analyze an enormous amount of complex data, and deliver meaningful conclusions that can be turned into actionable decisions
Excel/Spreadsheets
Strong design skills in Interaction (User - Reports like navigation, drills, sharing etc.)
Strong visualization experience - charts, bars, images, dynamic reports etc.
Excellent Oral/Written Communication and Stakeholder management Skills
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Self driven, ability to work in an unstructured environment with minimal supervision
Experience using statistical computer languages to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets.
Experience working with and creating data architectures.
Knowledge and experience in data modeling: trend analysis, linear interpolation, etc.
Experience using ETL tools and standard query languages
