Description We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in San Francisco, California. This Contract position requires exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will excel in calendar management, travel coordination, and executive meeting preparation.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and manage executives' calendars, ensuring scheduling conflicts are avoided and priorities are met.

Arrange and coordinate domestic and international travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.

Prepare detailed travel itineraries and ensure all arrangements align with the executives' preferences.

Organize and schedule executive meetings, including handling logistics such as venue bookings and technology setup.

Act as the primary point of contact for executives, handling communication and correspondence with professionalism.

Assist in preparing meeting agendas and compiling relevant documents for presentations.

Monitor and respond to emails on behalf of executives, ensuring urgent matters are addressed promptly.

Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.

Collaborate with other departments to facilitate seamless communication and support for executives.

Ensure all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner. Requirements - Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a comparable administrative support role.

Strong expertise in calendar management and scheduling for senior-level staff.

Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex travel arrangements, including international travel.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.

Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

High level of discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
