Description
We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team in Fort Morgan, Colorado. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in financial management and office administration who thrives in a detail-oriented environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining financial records, managing transactions, and supporting administrative functions to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure all financial records are up-to-date and accurate.
Utilize QuickBooks Online to manage and organize financial data effectively.
Maintain detailed and organized records of financial transactions and documents.
Support office administration tasks, including correspondence, scheduling, and general office management.
Provide exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy across all bookkeeping and administrative tasks.
Requirements - Minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and intermediate Excel skills.
Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with office administration duties and practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients.
