As a Security Officer - Industrial Patrol Specialist in Lebanon, IN , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service and communication to employees and visitors. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and contribute to a secure environment by responding promptly to situations as they arise. Pay Rate: $18.04 / Hour

Day Time

Mon10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

Tue10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

Wed10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

Thur10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

Fri10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter.

Help to deter security-related incidents through visible presence and proactive observation during patrols.

Document and report any irregularities, security-related hazards, or unusual occurrences encountered during patrols.

Communicate with Allied Universal management and client representatives regarding security-related matters as required.

Assist employees, visitors, and/or contractors with security-related questions or directions at the location.

What We're Looking For:

Availability across various days and shifts

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements:

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

Familiarity with using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
