As a Security Professional - Patrol Driver Security Clearance in Fort Wayne, IN , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more.

As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal assigned to an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help deter security-related incidents. Your presence and attention to detail will contribute to a secure environment while providing exceptional customer service and communication. This is a driving post, requiring you to follow all Allied Universal driver policy requirements as you perform patrols. Mon06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

Tue06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

Wed06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

Thur06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

Fri06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and support a secure environment.

Monitor for unusual activity and/or potential security-related hazards within the premises.

Communicate promptly with Allied Universal management and/or site representatives regarding observed incidents or concerns.

Support enforcement of access control procedures and visitor management policies according to location requirements.

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements:

An active Department of Defense Secret Clearance is required.

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
