What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist employees, visitors, and/or contractors as they enter and exit the location, adhering to site-specific protocols.
Monitor access points and verify credentials to help to deter unauthorized entry and support security-related procedures.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for the location.
Support emergency response activities and communicate with Allied Universal management and site contacts as directed.
Document security-related incidents, maintain logs, and complete required reports with attention to detail.
Observe the front desk area and report any suspicious activity or security-related concerns to Allied Universal supervision as necessary.
Provide customer service by answering questions and offering directions to visitors while maintaining professionalism at all times.
What We're Looking For:
Availability across various days and shifts
Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments
A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
Hold an active Department of Defense Secret Clearance.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
