Artifical Intelligence (AI) is fundamentally transforming the marketing discipline and customers are consuming information in new ways. The AI Business Solutions (ABS) team is looking for a Director, Frontier Marketing Transformation, Strategy and Operations to help transform how we are operating using AI and agents across every marketing touch point - from social, to integrated marketing campaigns, to demos, to adoption programs and events - to more effectively reach customers and drive business impact. This is a unique opportunity to help shape what it means to be a Frontier marketing team as we help every customer become a Frontier firm in the era of AI.
In this role, you will use data and insights, and new technologies and processes from our marketing systems of learning to help the team develop innovative go-to-market strategies and accelerate the team's use of AI and agents to transform marketing workflows. This position requires a marketing leader and systems thinker who can go from strategy to execution and x-team orchestration to help the entire team evolve to be Frontier. You are adept at articulating a compelling vision and strategy, developing an execution plan and strategies, and orchestrating x-team to execute the vision?and deliver results.
Director, Frontier Marketing Transformation, Strategy and Operations should bring a consultative approach and broad, full-stack marketing experience (from strategy to x-team collaboration and orchestration to hands-on execution), business acumen, and first-hand knowledge and use of emerging AI technologies, including the ability to create agents using Copilot Studio and other innovative AI tools.
You should excel at creating clarity and simplifying the complex and are able to clearly communicate to senior executive audiences. You will partner closely with the Copilot Frontier and Future of Work marketing leadership team, ABS Product Marketing teams, and with the Marketing Engines & Experiences team to help the collective organization in becoming Frontier.

Responsibilities
Copilot Frontier & Future of Work Marketing Team Transformation (CF&FoW):?Partner with the CF&FoW marketingleadership team to articulate a vision for Frontier Marketing.
Articulate the vision and develop innovative strategies to accelerate the team's use of AI and agents and other AI-powered tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly) to transform traditional approaches to marketing in ABS.
Help define ABS to-customer marketing "units of production" to uncover opportunities for automation and value creation.
Provide thought leadership on how we are transforming ABS marketing to be Frontier-first, and partner with the CF&FoWthought leadership team to turn pilots into our own "customer zero" success stories and examples with measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and impact.
Help acceleratethe team's use and adoption of marketing systems of learning to inform marketing strategies and tactics, and scale use of AI-driven tools for marketing content creation.
Use data-driven approaches to identify missed opportunities the team should be pursuing and help refine and tailor our go-to-market approachesin collaboration with x-team stakeholders.
Help ensure our messaging, programs, and enablement materials resonate with audiences to accelerate adoption and customer success.
Run the Copilot & Future of Work monthly SteerCo to drive x-team alignmentand resolve issues and blockers, and partner with the General Manager (GM) and Leadership Team (LT) on strategic marketing planning for ABS and other x-org initiatives.

Qualifications
Required/ minimum qualifications
Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 4+ years experience in business
OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business
OR equivalent experience.
4+ years of product marketing experience in the technology industry.
Experience driving AI business solutions.
Additional or preferred qualifications
Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years marketing or sales experience
OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 12+ years experience in business
OR equivalent experience.
Experience working in business consulting or a business consulting firm.
8+ years of product marketing experience in the technology industry (enterprise/B2B software or cloud services preferred).
Experience in enterprise B2B marketing focused on digital transformation and Al-driven innovation.
Experience with Al-driven solutions (including Al agent technologies).
Proven ability to craft and drive marketing strategy in a dynamic, matrixed environment. Success in leading complex initiatives and aligning diverse stakeholders and teams toward common goals.
Effective communication and compelling storytelling skills. Adept at simplifying complex concepts and communicating them effectively to different audiences - from technical teams to C-level executives. Ability to present vision and strategy in a clear, persuasive manner.
Ability to build meaningful cross-functional relationships and influence at multiple levels of the organization.
Product Marketing IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $251,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $272,300 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
