Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-level administrative support to executives and senior management.

Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel plans.

Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and correspondence.

Screen and prioritize incoming calls and emails, ensuring prompt follow-ups.

Act as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders.

Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, or special projects.

Maintain confidential files, records, and sensitive information with discretion.

Oversee office operations, including vendor management and supply inventory.

Mentor and guide junior administrative staff as needed.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 5+ years in administrative roles, with at least 2 years supporting senior executives.

Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and common business software.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Capacity to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

A professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Leadership qualities to guide and mentor team members.
