Key Responsibilities

Manage daily calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for staff.

Handle incoming calls and correspondence professionally and efficiently.

Maintain and organize records, reports, documents, and files.

Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, and various business materials with attention to detail.

Assist in planning company events and meetings.

Provide support in data entry, invoice processing, and expense tracking.

Act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders when necessary.

Ensure the office runs smoothly by ordering supplies and maintaining inventory.

Requirements

Qualifications

Experience: At least 2+ years in an administrative role or similar.

Education: High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Exceptional organization and time-management skills.

Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

A proactive approach to problem-solving.

Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
