Overview
This Account Executive role will support our automotive client in the development and execution of digital advertising initiatives including online advertising, paid social, and paid search deliverables. The Account Executive works in conjunction with the account and project management teams and plays a key role in supporting day-to-day client needs. This individual will manage tracks of work, while also supporting Account Leads on larger initiatives and processes-ensuring our creative delivery process is followed through to completion. This position is designed for someone with at least 1 to 3 years of work experience and is the key contributor for all client day to day issues and projects. Being able to multi-task, problem solve, bring a 'can-do' attitude, and a proven ability to work in a collaborative environment is paramount.
Responsibilities
Internal Collaboration & Communication:
· Serve as the primary internal day-to-day contact across assigned projects, working closely and proactively to ensure continuous alignment between client needs and agency contributions
· Clearly and professionally articulate feedback, timelines, and deliverable expectations to internal teams
· Partners with the project management/delivery team to ensure commitments made are realistic, within scope and delivered without error
· Coordination with business affairs on creative talent rights and renewals tracking
· Support the creative trafficking process; supporting delivery in the handoff of creative assets to the media team and internal creative rotation documents
· Coordinate deliverables for weekly status reports (projects, due dates, etc.)
Client & Project Leadership:
· Schedule and participate in client briefings, meetings and presentations as necessary, and assist clients with follow up
· Manage email communication with clients on specific projects, tasks or requests
· Act as a brand steward, with an understanding of the brand's positioning and visual identity
· Review client deliverables for brand and strategic alignment, consistency, and completeness across all feedback rounds
· Demonstrates thinking/communicating from the client's perspective as well as Razorfish Account Management
· Flexible to evolving responsibilities and last-minute changes
· Always thinking about how we can better serve clients and grow their business
Qualifications
Must be local to Metro Detroit
o This role is considered hybrid with 3+ days weekly in Birmingham Razorfish office
· 1+ years account experience within a communications or advertising agency
· Some experience overseeing creative development and production
· Has a basic knowledge of asset management and usage rights
· Automotive knowledge and working experience preferred
· Strong strategic and creative ambition
· Ability to work independently and be a self-starter
· Strong time-management and organizational skills
· Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
· Proven ability to build and maintain strong internal & client-side relationships
· Excellent listening, verbal and written communications skills
· Understands marketing reporting and able to contribute insights
· Excellent MS Office skills

Compensation Range: $49,305.00-$62,300.00 Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
