In this role, you will serve as ADP's front-line for solving clients' challenges, including issue resolution, answering questions, helping clients, training their users on ADP technology, and more. You will be the primary point of contact for assigned clients, assisting with their needs and inquiries regarding their Work Opportunity Tax Credit program.
The nature of what you do every day will not change - your #1 goal is to assist our clients with their Work Opportunity Tax Credit . Still, every day will be different because the questions you receive will vary, as will the solutions you provide each client.
To excel in this role, you'll leverage your strong communication skills to build trust with clients. Whether speaking on the phone or writing, you communicate clearly and effectively, making it easy for clients to understand and act on your guidance. Your flexibility and problem-solving abilities will play a key role in maintaining client satisfaction and loyalty.

What you'll do:
What you can expect on a typical day:
Client Support . You will help our clients manage their business using our solutions, which could include troubleshooting and probing to resolve tax credit related issues. Support might also involve partnering with multiple business units and teams for troubleshooting and delivering a seamless client experience.
Learn . You will continually upgrade your knowledge and skills on tax credits, including federal and state compliance, standard operating procedures, administrative practices, other products, and desktop support tools to develop and maintain your ability to support our clients.
Organize . You adhere to a daily schedule and organize yourself to deal with a high volume of inbound inquiries.
Consultative Approach . Proactively reach out to assigned client base to discuss program performance and best practices.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
At least one year of experience in a customer service environment or as an HR/HRIS practitioner with systems experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize client requests and speak with executives at client organizations.
A friendly, can-do mindset encourages client confidence and loyalty.
Attention to detail will ensure accuracy and thoroughness.
A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job.
