In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients-resolving issues, answering questions, providing hands-on assistance, and training users on ADP's cutting-edge technology. You'll oversee a dedicated portfolio of clients, taking ownership of the business performance metrics tied to their success. Your expertise will be essential in training clients on their newly launched tax credit programs, ensuring they are fully prepared to maximize the benefits of the WOTC program. You'll collaborate closely with clients to develop tailored strategies and solutions that optimize their tax credit opportunities. By delivering exceptional service and proactive support, you'll help maintain ADP's reputation as a trusted partner and drive outstanding client satisfaction.
While your primary focus will remain assisting clients with the Work Opportunity Tax Credit, no two days will be the same. You'll encounter a variety of questions and provide tailored solutions to meet each client's needs. What you'll do:
What you can expect on a typical day:
Client Support . You will help our clients manage their business using our solutions, which could include troubleshooting and probing to resolve payroll issues. Support might also involve partnering with multiple business units and teams for troubleshooting and delivering a seamless client experience.
Learn . You will continually upgrade your knowledge and skills on tax credits, including federal and state compliance, standard operating procedures, administrative practices, other products, and desktop support tools to develop and maintain your ability to support our clients.
Organize . You adhere to a daily schedule and organize yourself to deal with a high volume of inbound inquiries. Daily phone time may increase during peak seasons, like at the close of the tax year.
Consultative Approach . Proactively reach out to assigned client base to discuss program performance and best practices.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
Minimum of one to two year's experience in an account management position or a related role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize client requests and speak with executives at client organizations
Effective speaking and presentation skills in both small and large group settings
A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job.
