The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance team is seeking a?Senior Product Manager - Dynamics 365 Finance?based in Fargo or Redmond to lead the evolution of our core?Finance?capabilities. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of AI-first finance operations, delivering seamless, touchless experiences that drive business value at scale.
A Senior Product Manager - Dynamics 365 Finance is a subject matter expert, where you will work with other PMs to drive end-to-end experiences and solutions. Cross-team collaboration is essential to drive efficiency starting from the beginning through the completion of the entire record-to-report process.?You will define and execute on the vision for record to report for our Enterprise customers, understanding the competitive landscape, differentiators and how an AI first vision will drive down the time for finance processes from customers. This role will drive efficiencies into different use cases across enterprise organizations.
Please note this role is only for Fargo, ND and Redmond, Washington offices. For roles in Redmond, WA offices, employees are expected to be in office 3 days per week.

Responsibilities
Product Leadership: Define and drive the end-to-end product vision, roadmap, and execution for AI-powered Record to Report experiences in Dynamics 365 Finance.
AI-First Innovation: Lead the development of intelligent agents and automation capabilities that enable touchless financial processes and validation using Large Language Models (LLM) and generative AI.
Large Language Models (LLM) Strategy & Execution: Define how large language models (LLM) will be embedded across Finance workflows, including success metrics, experimentation plans, and business value realization.
Customer-Centric Design: Collaborate with customers, partners, data and internal stakeholders to deeply understand finance scenarios and design AI-driven solutions that deliver measurable impact.
Strategic Planning: Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to shape product strategy and identify differentiators in the AI and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) space.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, data science, design, marketing, and field teams to deliver scalable, high-quality AI solutions.
Experimentation & Evaluation: Work with engineering and data science teams to run experiments, evaluate model performance, and iterate on AI features across the finance lifecycle.
Service Health Ownership: Monitor and improve the health, reliability, and scalability of AI-powered services in your area, collaborating closely with engineering and support teams.
Customer Advocacy: Engage directly with customers to understand their business processes, gather feedback, and translate insights into product improvements.
Thought Leadership: Represent Microsoft in customer engagements, industry forums, and internal reviews as a subject matter expert in finance and AI transformation.
Community Enablement: Support customer readiness through documentation, blogs, presentations, and collaboration with support and field teams.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development
OR equivalent experience.
5+ years experience in product management, cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software companies or financial applications for the enterprise.
5+ years of experience with the accounting domain and a deep understanding of the related business processes in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
4 + years of experience in product management with customer collaboration and design focus when creating products.

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development
OR equivalent experience.
2+ years experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market (e.g., design, addressing product market fit, and launch, internal tool/framework).
4+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn).
4+ years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience (e.g., competitive disruption, taking the place of an established competing product).
Dynamics 365 Finance knowledge or industry leading financial applications.
Good knowledge of Large Language Models (LLM), AI, Anaytics and Automation, and how it can be applied to accounting domain.
Demonstrated product thought leadership with experience in establishing effective relationships and presenting to customers, partners and industry analysts.
Understanding of cloud-deployed business solutions.
Experience communicating effectively and presenting to senior leadership.
Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
