As an Advanced Mfg Eng Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will oversee and manage advanced manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and productivity. Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage advanced manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and productivity

Implement advanced manufacturing technologies and processes to optimize production

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement manufacturing strategies

Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet production targets

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards

Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions

Provide leadership and guidance to a team of manufacturing professionals

YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics

Proven experience in advanced manufacturing, process optimization, and lean manufacturing principles

Strong knowledge of manufacturing technologies, such as automation, robotics, and additive manufacturing

WE VALUE

Advanced degrees in Engineering such as EE (Electrical Engineering), ME (Mechanical Engineering)

Experience with data analysis and statistical process control

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
