The Marketing Operations Specialist serves as the operational hub and day-to-day project manager for Park Studios. Reporting to the Manager, Park Studios Operations, this role ensures that projects move seamlessly from intake to delivery - on time, on budget, and on brand.
You'll oversee project planning, scheduling, and trafficking, manage our project management tools, and support budgeting and vendor coordination. Working closely with Park Studios leadership and cross-functional brand partners, you'll help maintain a steady workflow, elevate processes, and enable great creative work.

How You'll Create Possibilities
Key Responsibilities
Project Management: Lead day-to-day management of studio projects - develop timelines, milestones, and dependencies; track risks; and ensure clear communication and status updates across teams.
Intake & Trafficking: Manage project intake, assess scope and level of effort, route requests for approvals, and assign work across creative, production, and post-production teams.
Project Management Systems: Maintain and optimize our PM tools (e.g., Wrike, Asana, or Smartsheet); create dashboards, templates, and ensure accurate task, asset, and metadata governance.
Production Operations: Coordinate talent, crew, vendors, and freelancers; facilitate purchase orders and statements of work; and track budgets and actuals to ensure financial accuracy.
Quality & Consistency: Support copy editing, proofreading, and fact-checking to ensure every deliverable meets Park Studios' creative and brand standards.
Communication & Alignment: Serve as the central point of contact - capture meeting notes and decisions, share weekly status updates, escalate blockers early, and keep stakeholders informed.
Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback, identify bottlenecks, and propose process enhancements, tools, or workflows that drive speed, efficiency, and creative excellence.
Team Support: Partner with the Manager on prioritization, resource planning, and SOP rollouts; provide backup coverage and support for the production team as needed.
What You'll Bring to Our Team
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in marketing operations, production coordination, or project management.
Proven proficiency in a project management platform (e.g., Wrike, Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com).
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt quickly, and keep teams focused on outcomes.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; keeps teams aligned and informed at all stages.
Familiarity with content production (photo, video, animation, or design) and studio operations preferred.
On-site role at GE Appliance Park, with occasional travel as needed.
