What You'll Do

As a Heat Treat Operator you'll be part of our team located in Brea, CA. You'll get to:

Operate and control various @types of machinery and equipment, such as cranes, to perform specific tasks

Fabricate and assemble parts according to blueprints and specifications

Use precision measuring instruments, such as micrometers and calipers, to ensure accuracy of measurements

Perform quality inspections to identify any defects or issues in the production process

Utilize hand tools and tooling to complete tasks efficiently

Read and interpret blueprints to understand the requirements of each project

Previous experience operating machinery or heat treat equipment is preferred

A minimum of 1-3 years related industrial machine shop experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Familiarity with using precision measuring instruments, such as micrometers and calipers

Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately

Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality inspections

Proficient in using hand tools for fabrication and assembly tasks
