CO+I's Global Unified Technology Systems supports datacenter optimization through a range of tools and processes. As Senior Technical Program Manager - Supply Chain and Transportation, you'll lead integration strategies for supply chain tools that enable the demand planning and operations teams to ensure the right parts are deliver at the right time and with the right tracking. You will leverage your subject matter expertise and process improvement experience to help meet organizational objectives.
This role leads and coordinates cross-functional teams and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, effective resource allocation, and adherence to governance protocols while continuously driving process improvements and mentoring others. Additionally, it involves managing complex programs, fostering collaboration, integrating knowledge across disciplines, and clearly communicating strategies to achieve business objectives and innovation.

This role is located either in one or all hub locations - Atlanta, GA, Washington, D.C., Redmond, WA, San Antonio, TX or Phoenix, AZ.
Relocation support will be provided, and successful candidates must ?relocate or reside within 50 miles of the hub office location.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Works with cross-functional (e.g., Demand planning, Supply Chain, Operations, Compliance, Finance) stakeholders (e.g., Engineering) to design compliant, complex programs from initiation to delivery with minimal coaching.
Owning, managing, and enhancing a complex supply chain, information technology program that integrates multiple, sub-systems, including Amazon and external partner systems.
Working with engineering partners to solve information technology issues relating to on-going operations.
Meeting/exceeding measurable improvements in operations speed, efficiency, agility, and customer experience
Driving simplification and efficiency in existing engineering architectures to unblock innovation and speed of delivery.
Produces collateral (e.g., proposals, strategy walking deck, internal and external pitch content) to incorporate stakeholder needs and ensure the business objectives are met.
Communicates the program status and risk to relevant stakeholders and holds them accountable for following the established schedule, risk mitigation plans, and processes.
Trusted Advisor - Provide direction and guidance to internal stakeholders answering related questions or issues, while demonstrating a positive attitude.
Utilizes direction and strategy from leadership regarding business area of expertise to help create and execute plans that shift current priorities to new organizational initiatives and objectives, and influences others to change behavior accordingly.
Defines vision and strategy for change, broad and specific impact, and the flow of communication to the organization
Ensures buy in and adoption of the new program or change by others in the organization.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
BA/BS degree in related field
5+ years of technical product or program management experience
4+ years of working-cross functionally with tech or non-tech teams experience.
4+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
4+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
4+ years of supply chain or procurement experience
Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps)
SAP Ariba & Blue Yonder experience strongly preferred
While not required, we also look for the following Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
Sound business acumen and the ability to effectively manage competing priorities
Experience managing projects across cross functional teams and building sustainable processes
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively within multiple levels of an organization
Be comfortable working with ambiguity and adept at using data to influence decision making
Knowledge of engineering agile methodologies
Demonstrated influencing skills, with proven ability to handle multiple stakeholders and work streams across various levels of the organization, and prioritize as needed, including pushing back

Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
