Job Title: Document Control Specialist

Job Description

The role involves prepping, scanning, inspecting, compiling, and assembling projects accurately and in a timely manner. The candidate must meet deadlines by working in a high-pressure environment at a fast pace while maintaining quality and error-free work. The position requires the ability to achieve Time Productive statistics by meeting the standards established by the facility.

Responsibilities

Work at a table with 4-6 colleagues, managing a stack of documents.

Remove all obstructions such as paper clips and staples from documents.

Keep stacks neat and organized for digital scanning.

Maintain a fast work pace and follow instructions accurately.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Prior experience in printing and scanning.

This is an entry-level position and does not require extensive experience.

Work Environment

The work is conducted in a large facility similar to a warehouse-style building. Employees must remain in their designated area and work at a fast pace. Timekeeping is managed through VMS. Shifts available include First Shift (Monday - Friday 7am - 3pm EST) and Second Shift (Monday - Friday 3pm - 11pm EST).

This is an ongoing Contract position based out of Bloomfield, Connecticut.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.25 - $18.25/hr.
