Adecco is hiring entry-level Warehouse Associates in Olive Branch, MS.

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play an important role in supporting warehouse operations including receiving, sorting, labeling, shipping, and inventory management within a distribution center. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company and gain hands-on experience in logistics and supply chain operations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Follow all safety protocols, procedures, and company guidelines to ensure a safe work environment

Maintain a clean, organized workspace and report any unsafe practices or equipment issues promptly

Receive, sort, and store products in designated warehouse areas

Assist with packaging, labeling, folding, floor picking, receiving, and preparing outbound shipments

Use RF Scan Guns and labeling machines safely and accurately

Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or quality issues with products

Support inventory control and participate in cross-functional warehouse activities

Contribute ideas for process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be 18 years or older

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Prior warehouse experience is a plus, but not required - we will train the right candidate!

Dependable, with strong attendance and punctuality

Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and standing for long periods

Basic math and computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Commitment to safety and following company procedures

Pay Details: $16.00 per hour
