This position may be covered by a Voluntary Employee Beneficiary Association (VEBA) JOB DUTIES: As a Business Analyst, you will: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, define, and document business requirements for IT system enhancements, business process redesign, current business application enhancement, or current business problems/issue resolution. Conduct detailed tests of IT system functions. Develop, document, and execute test plans to ensure that business requirements have been satisfied. Work with developers and subject matter experts to create and maintain high quality documentation and training materials. Provide system and procedural training to a variety of internal and external customers.
