How You'll Make an Impact

Drive and implement the Quality strategy aligned with business goals.

Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Lead the deployment of Quality Management Systems across the value chain.

Enact a systematic quality assurance process focused on risk prevention to ensure consistent, high-quality products and services throughout their lifecycle.

Drive effective improvement initiatives to enhance product and service performance and maintain a competitive edge.

Ensure consistent, high-quality products and services through risk prevention.

Champion improvement initiatives to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.

Strengthen collaboration between global manufacturing and local markets.

Act as a key quality liaison for customers and internal stakeholders.

Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.

5+ years of experience in business operations and quality processes.

Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher preferred

Proven leadership in matrix organizations across multiple countries.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Experience in quality strategy implementation and customer engagement.
