Pay: Range of $25-$30 an hour plus tiered bonus incentive.

Our Ideal Candidate Qualities:

Reliable and accountable

Customer focused-prior work in customer service, sales, or Automotive preferred

Upbeat and engaging personality-Success in this role requires this

Eager to help others and support sales dept goals

Ability to navigate technology with ease

Great phone and email etiquette

Ability to navigate customer concerns and problem solve effectively/efficiently

Proficient at lead follow up and suggestive selling for sales scheduling

Shows excitement for the auto industry and hopes to grow with us

Responsibilities:

Learn and apply Subaru's proven sales process from customer greeting to vehicle delivery

Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs, preferences, and budget

Develop strong product knowledge to confidently present vehicle features, benefits, and value

Conduct test drives and follow up with potential buyers in a timely, professional manner

Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals

Stay current on inventory, promotions, financing options, and industry trends

Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics

Collaborate with team members and management to deliver exceptional customer experiences

Participate in ongoing training and development to continuously improve skills
