What You Will Do In this role, you will: Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with MARA's growth goals and brand positioning. Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across healthcare payers, providers, integrators, and related healthcare markets. Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline, supported by our business development and marketing team. Maintain accurate client and pipeline data in CRM systems and provide reliable forecasts to leadership. Create compelling, accurate proposals and pitch decks that meet Milliman's peer review and quality standards. Partner with marketing to ensure consistent messaging and lead-generation strategy. Represent MARA at conferences, industry events, and client meetings with professionalism and enthusiasm. Collaborate closely with the client services team to ensure a smooth handoff and positive client experience. Provide insight and feedback from the market to inform product development and positioning. This role involves moderate travel (approximately 10-30%), including attendance at industry conferences, client meetings, and MARA events. What We Are Looking For Professional Qualifications 10+ years of progressive sales experience in healthcare, analytics, or related technology sectors. MBA in Business Administration or similar focus. Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare management, or related field. Proven success in building and closing new client relationships and achieving revenue growth targets. Strong understanding of healthcare markets, payer and provider dynamics, and analytics-driven solutions. Exceptional presentation and communication skills. Confident in front of C-suite audiences. Experience developing proposals, pricing strategies, and client materials with high attention to accuracy and polish. Comfort working both independently and in collaboration with marketing, business development, and client delivery teams. Preferred Qualifications Deep understanding of U.S. healthcare and payer markets, including Medicare Advantage and risk adjustment. Prior experience creating proof-of-concept studies or evaluating predictive models. Experience influencing or advising healthcare professionals through data-driven insights. Base salary is complemented by an uncapped commission potential directly tied to sales performance. The overall salary range for this role is $104,900 - $173,100. For candidates residing in: Alaska, California, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington, or the District of Columbia the salary range is $115,390 - 190,410. New York City, Newark, San Jose, or San Francisco the salary range is $125,880 - 207,720. All other locations the salary range is $104,900 - 173,100.
