Schedule: 1st Shift | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour

Overview

Join our team as an Administrative Coordinator , providing key operational and administrative support to ensure seamless communication and collaboration across multiple departments. This role plays a vital part in maintaining quality service standards, coordinating customer and internal inquiries, and supporting field-related activities through organized processes and accurate documentation.

What You'll Do

Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries, feedback, and administrative support requests.

Provide timely and accurate responses to documentation and information requests.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handling of administrative and customer-facing activities.

Maintain clear and consistent communication with team members and external contacts.

Track and document all interactions , maintaining accurate and accessible records.

Support the resolution of issues by facilitating returns, replacements, or follow-up actions as needed.

Develop and maintain administrative tools such as templates, checklists, and process documentation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

Monitor timelines and ensure that expectations and deadlines are met or exceeded .

Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the department.

Who You Are

A strong communicator with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills .

Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain high attention to detail.

Skilled in document processing, report preparation, and data management .

Comfortable working within defined procedures and guidelines while supporting process improvements.

Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in an administrative, clerical, or coordinator role.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with data entry, reporting, and record management.

Knowledge: Familiarity with office operations or quality support processes is a plus.
