What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, responding to emergencies.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and maintain a visible presence.
Observe and report any irregularities or suspicious activities to support the security-related needs of the financial institution environment.
Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and/or customers, offering assistance as needed and addressing inquiries related to security-related policies and procedures.
Document all activities, incidents, and/or issues according to Allied Universal and client protocols.

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
