Customer Supply Chain Representative

Our Client, a Food Product Manufacturer company, is looking for multiple Customer Supply Chain Representatives for their Hackettstown, NJ location. Responsibilities

Directly responsible for the successful generation, fulfillment and delivery of customer purchase orders. This includes coordination, execution, problem resolution, analysis and communication necessary to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Build a relationship with the customer to enhance trust and collaboration.

Manage order activities to ensure timely delivery creation, load planning and adherence to requested arrival date.

Proactively communicate any issues to sales and the customer, take the lead to improve processes and resolve problems.

Manage key master data in all order management systems (SAP) and desk guide.

Represent customer at cross functional CMOS meetings and participate in problem solving and after action reviews as necessary.

Recognize and resolve any potential order conflicts to insure on time and in full order delivery.

First point of contact between the customer and key group functions to ensure timely production, delivery and risk mitigation for customer orders.

Manage projects to drive improvements to customer metrics.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Management or related field is preferred

2+ years experience in Supply Chain, Order Management Logistics or Customer facing role

Knowledge of EDI, ERP and SAP is preferred

Must be comfortable with external communication and conflict resolution

Background in AR/AP is preferred

Intermediate to advanced level of MS Excel experience
