As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will help to deter security-related incidents through routine patrols and high visibility across the property. What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business interior and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or irregularities encountered during patrols.
Communicate professionally and promptly with site management, employees, and Allied Universal regarding security-related matters and incidents.
Complete detailed and accurate reports of incidents, observations, and activities during assigned shifts.
Assist with access control by monitoring entrances, verifying credentials, and/or checking identification as required by site policies.
Support Allied Universal and client staff during emergency situations by following site protocols.

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
