About the Role
As a UX Research, you will manage people who help teams to understand user behaviors, needs and motivations. You will act as a high level of research expert for the team and represent UX research to peers, managers and executives across company and to external audiences.

Responsibilities
Plan studies and conduct research studies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand research questions.
Understand user needs through a variety of research methodologies.
Synthesizes qualitative and quantitative data into findings and insights.
Clearly communicate recommendations to improve the user experience and usefulness of products.
Works with designers to iterate and test solutions.
Keeps up to date on what is happening in the market and with competitors.
Recruits participants for studies.
Requirements
Experience with user research methods such as usability testing, interviews and surveys.
Ability to lead small to medium projects independently.
Experience with a survey tool such as surveymonkey.com or Qualtrics.
Ability to prioritize research findings based on the research questions and strategic importance.
Degree in human factors, psychology, anthropology, human geography or other relevant subject area.?
Experience researching AI products and using AI to assist with research.
Understanding of the Jobs to Be Done framework.

About the Business ?

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $70,200 - $117,100. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
