Blending private club intimacy with digital-first convenience, this offering gives members seamless access to curated experiences at major venues across the country.We're looking for a senior marketing leader to build this brand from the ground up. As Senior Vice President of Marketing, you'll define the brand identity, lead go-to-market strategy, and oversee all growth, content, and partnership initiatives. This is a rare opportunity to shape a category-defining experience for a highly targeted audience - working alongside a seasoned leadership team and supported by one of the most respected names in media.A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES- Craft and evolve brand strategy, voice, and identity across all channels- Develop and execute launch plans for multiple key urban markets- Oversee acquisition strategies spanning paid, owned, and earned media- Build and optimize digital marketing infrastructure (site, CRM, analytics)- Lead content creation, including storytelling, social media, and video- Establish brand partnerships and experiential activations with aligned companies- Manage PR strategy and agency relationships to drive awareness- Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure cohesion across the full customer journeyWHAT YOU WILL NEED- 15+ years of brand marketing, with a proven track record of building or scaling brands in the luxury, lifestyle, or consumer space.- Strong instincts for storytelling, editorial development, and visual branding- Experience leading full-funnel marketing strategies with a performance mindset- Comfort operating in high-growth, early-stage, or launch environments- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution- Track record of leadership across in-house teams and external partnersNICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER*- Familiarity with hospitality, live entertainment, or premium membership services- Experience engaging high-net-worth audiences or elevated customer segments- Relationships within the luxury ecosystem - including media, PR, and partnerships- Exposure to concierge, sports, or private club offerings#Ll-KD1#Ll-HybridWe will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories consistent with applicable law.Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $247,000.00-285,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
