As an Administrative Program Coordinator, you will serve as a key liaison and provide administrative, technical and operational support for multiple departments, overseeing coordination for hospital service lines, including Hospital Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Infectious Disease and Critical Care. In this role, you will assist the Director with daily operations and project execution, coordinate policy evaluation and implementation and identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency. On this team, you have access to various growth opportunities within Cleveland Clinic.

A caregiver in this role works days from 6:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

A caregiver who excels in this role will:

With guidance from Director, lead or coordinate multiple projects and policy initiatives.

Update, monitor and manage databases.

Develop scorecards and milestones to track progress.

Analyze project improvement and progress.

Report discrepancies and variances.

Coordinate project prioritization and assist with policy and initiative implementation.

Assist with scheduling, coordination, preparation and communication of meetings.

Attend meetings and record key outcomes.

Support all office administrative functions.

Develop and maintain updates.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

Associate's Degree and two years of administrative experience or customerservice

OR High School Diploma/GED and four years of experience

OR Bachelor's Degree

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field

Healthcare experience or related organization

Medical background

Administrative experience

Excel and outlook experience

Physical Requirements:

Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.

Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment.

Ability to travel throughout the hospital system.

Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.

In some locations, ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Personal Protective Equipment:

Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.

Pay Range

Minimum hourly: $18.88

Maximum hourly: $28.80

The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires. While the pay range is displayed as an hourly rate, Cleveland Clinic recruiters will clarify whether the compensation is hourly or salary. A successful candidate's actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate's work history, experience, skill set, and education.
