$20.00-$21.50 per hour (based on experience)

A typical day in this role:

Answer customer calls efficiently and professionally. Process customer orders via fax, EDI, and phone , ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Provide daily support to field representatives, including proof of delivery and order inquiries.

You'd be a great fit if you:

Have 1-2 years of office or customer service experience. Hold a High School Diploma or GED (required). Excel at communication and problem-solving. Are detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
