Shift: Monday 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM; Tuesday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

(Shift subject to change; possible Tuesday-Saturday schedule)

What You'll Do

Assign daily tasks and monitor team performance

Train associates on equipment operation, maintenance, and safety procedures

Maintain proper inventory levels and ensure supply availability

Enforce safety and housekeeping standards across the warehouse

Perform merchandise reconciliation and oversee inventory handling

Identify and resolve workflow or performance issues to maintain efficiency

What You'll Bring

Required:

4+ years of warehouse experience

Previous supervisory or team lead experience

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Preferred:

High school diploma or GED

Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills

Analytical and math skills for inventory and performance tracking

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends as needed

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment

Steel-toed boots required

Pay Details: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
