Our client, a leading organization in the education and facilities maintenance sector, is seeking a HVAC Technician to join their team. As a HVAC Technician, you will be part of the Facilities Maintenance Department supporting the university campus and associated facilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to maintenance and repair tasks, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: HVAC Technician

Location: Bradenton, FL

Pay Range: $20.46

Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

Provide HVAC services on dormitory units, including installation, repair, and maintenance of systems and equipment

Identify repair and replacement needs for HVAC units, including rooftop and outside units

Assist other skilled trades to ensure smooth operations and maintenance

Ensure tools and materials are available at the job site for efficient workflow

Support campus facilities to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for students and staff

What's Needed?

No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Good communication skills and a proactive attitude

Availability to work Monday through Friday during scheduled hours
