Job Title: Contracts Administrator

Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring timely submissions of bid documents, preparing necessary documents for post-qualification, and creating accurate contract proposals. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing company and work in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Ensure timely submissions of bid documents before deadlines.

Prepare all documents and requirements needed in the post-qualification process.

Draft, edit, and proofread documentation to create accurate contract proposals.

Essential Skills

1-3 years of experience in contract administration.

Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.

Experience working on an ERP system, such as Great Plains or SAP.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Industry experience in the government sector.

Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

Job Type & Location

This is a permanent position based out of Hudson, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
