As a Security Officer - Industrial Patrols in Cleveland, OH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help maintain a secure environment for all personnel and visitors. Your visible presence and routine patrols will help to deter security-related incidents while you deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication. Pay Rate: $16.35 / Hour

Mon08:00 PM - 04:00 AM

Thur08:00 PM - 04:00 AM

Fri08:00 PM - 04:00 AM

Sat08:00 PM - 04:00 AM

Sun08:00 PM - 04:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business interior and perimeter.

Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.

Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits within the location.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and daily activities as required by Allied Universal and site management.

Support a secure environment by helping to deter unauthorized individuals from entering restricted areas.

Availability across various days and shifts

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
